Hi peeps, i received a lot form frenz and family upon the gifts and wishes. Thanks alot my dear. And i got about 10 books in my to read list. and now currently i'm reading a book title: HOW TO ENJOY YOUR LIFE AND YOUR JOB (Dale Carnegie). For now, i read 5 chapters and it really reflects me on how i performed toward my work and my life so far, from this book also i learn to look on good side of the events.

Thanks for the wishes on my birthday, appreciate it a lot. This year is second times i celebrated with a bunch of friends for my birthday in my 20+ years old life. Thanks a lot, Love ya'll.

I found somethings to share for the peers, and students who are going towards working environment. And i admit i can't stand on pressure. I talked to God yesterday that, God, i want to step out of my comfort zone, and he answered it very quickly where i felt pressure from things happened surround me recently on evening.
While i'm doing my work, i look at this title that attracts me and i watch it on Youtube. So, here to share with you all. Digest what they say. It's between Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki, two well known succesful entrepreneur.

Amazing Life Moment

1. Coming home late and straight away go to bed.
2. Buying amazing clothes that you found on sale.
3. Holding hands
4. Unexpected moments that become your favorite memories
5. Talking on the phone until five in the morning.
6. Resting on someone's chest.
7. Taking long showers that washes away your worries.
8. Feeling as though you finally belong to somewhere.
9. Deciding on what you want to do with your life.
10. Feeling satisfied after a delicious meal. 
11. Falling asleep instantly when you feeling upset.
12. Meeting people that happen to change your life.
13. When you have a great night of sleep. 
14. Drinking a cup of tea or coffee.
15. Realizing everything is going to be okay.

Wow, i'm kinda have amazing life moments. So people, Try this and see how's you life so far. Thanks God for His GOOD. =) Cheer people

Hallo Peeps, hahha, i know it's been a while i didn't post. I'm sorry. i just Graduated... Yahooo!!!!
I want to thanks those who had prayed for me and guide me, teach me, lead me, scold me for good, that i can be who I am today.. Thanks, and i take a bow to appreciate you all. And thanks for all your support and be there when i need you all.

It was tired and rainy day, but it didn't stop my happiness from celebrate my big day with my friends and family. Thanks for Everything. All honor and Glory be to Our God.

Hi peeps, how long i didn't blog already? I also not remember. before i go bed, i just want to share with you all what i've been though last month. Well, last month, September. I went to Sandakan for the YALTraining. Which is Youth Alpha leader Training. Actually, i didn't expect i will much from this training. But God remind and opened my eye to see few things. 

1. Kingdom mindset

From different denomination come to serve God. It was really impressed me when i see the strength in team doing God's Work. Even, myself touch with this kind of spirit for Jesus. 

2. Fully Surrender to God

From Isaiah, God reveal me one thing before i went to the training through a verse. It says, 'Send Me'. The spirit of availability to do God's work. The openness that fully surrender into The Mighty One's hand. All this while, I've been thinking of one thing. Before i leave home church for study, one of the sister tell me one verse in the book of Isaiah. I read through the verse, but still not understand why God gift me the verse. Until few days before go to Sandakan, God's speak to me. This verse explained my question. [Isaiah 6:8]. Then, i look through my life journey for these few years, indeed i can see there's something God prepare for me, but i still don't know what is that. I believe God is preparing me and polish me. 

Besides that, one word i brought back from YALT was "DONKEY". Why? Well, donkey didn't complain, although there's big burden to carry on it's back. And, Jesus sat on it as well. [John 12:14].

After came back from YALT, resume to work as usual. But, i really thankful to God for what he had done. Love Him, He sacrifice a lot, and i'm not worth it. However, this is God's Love to Us. 

Soon, early October, we had launched 3 Launch Party for Campus Alpha. It was awesome where we can meet new freshie and get to know them. From this launch party, i met my junior. 3 of them. Just two of them able to come for the sessions. I do pray that God touch their life. Let them experience His Love and Power. Not only them, all of them who come for Campus Alpha sessions. 

For this Campus Alpha, we the core member is doing prayer chain for the students. They are awesome prayer warrior. You are Gem, CampusLife. ^^ Next week is the 2nd sessions. Excited for God do miracles in their life. Because i love to listen to each of them with different and its uniqueness testimonies. 

For these one month, a lot of things happen, next month i'm going to graduate, now headache with budget and planning for the convocation things. I can't believe God bring me pass through all this years. He protect and guide me in my study, although my result is enough to survive. However, my believe, if you surrender to God about Your Life, He will provide. And i believe God will provide me after i graduate. As you know, i'm working now, still in probation. But i thank God he open this door for me to learn and gain my experience. And He give me a good employer. God know your strength, and your weakness. Back to what i said earlier on. ^^ It's not easy, but it's the price we need to pay in order to follow Him. From all these trials, we learned, we grow, we experience. 

Kind of tired, got to go sleep la, lately i start to sleep late. Need to adjust back. Not good for health. The outcome may not be now, but when your age is getting bigger, you will realize. Haha, start working already, and realized need to care my health. Alright, Goodnight everyone.

Hi peeps, it's been long time i didn't blog, my life is occupied with the works.

i just finish a book called. FISH. i had procratinated over to finish this book after the book is in my hand. But finally, i finished. This book basically teach us how to love our works and full of enthusiastic, interest, full of creativity, how we see "Work". So, FISH comes out with 4 main points which are

1. Choose attitude you want to bring to work. The mood you want to bring to work will influences the collegue and the customer as well. Basically, if something unpleasant happened earlier before reach workplace, and choose the attitude not to bring along the negative emotion upon matters to workpace.

2. Play. Use our creativity in our works, make it fun so that the work not bring us into bored situation. And our efficiency will improve as well. This will clean the environment with fun, enjoy, and ligthen our burden. Workplace won't feel tense afterall. And it will give customer good impression about the company once customer come.

3. Make their Day. This refer to the service we do toward people, no matter who they are, our collegue or our customer. Something that make them feel appreciated, bring some motivation to them, bring some solutions to their problem, and etc

4. Be present. When we are in team, make it a team, not individual. And when others have somethings important to say, pay attention to them, and reduce multitask that we are doing. This will help the person who talk feel that they are been taken care, feel that they are somebody. Co-operation, be interest, curious, helping out, spending time.

This book give me an idea how to manage people as well, how to improve our efficiency, and production in one company, how to improve company's reputation as well.

I would like to thanks A. Chris for giving me this book, and it guide me alot. I recommend this book to you. FISH, by {Stephen C. Lundin, Harry Paul, and John Christensen, 2000}.

Hallo peeps....

Today, i opened my scrapbook of encouragement & appreciation word where my friends especially who are my sister and brother in Christ had given me while i studied 3 years in UMS. It bring me strength and how i know that there are person who care and appreciate me. From all the words make me realized what kind of person I am to other people. However, I more concern What kind of Person I am To My God. =) Because He is my PRINCE.

Here are some i took to share you... Thanks for the words my sis and bro.. appreciate it very much >.< =D!

Yesterday night was our cell group, we discussed and learn about Obey God in Our Suffering. Topic sound hard huh~.It lead to discussion of how to listen to God voice, how are we sure that the voices are from God. After i share how is my experienced in listening to God, and obey Him, in my life journey, Still  i want to say that GOD IS AWESOME. He planned for your life, He know what you going to think before you think of it. This talked about submissive as well, are you submit to God's guidance or your own understanding and your own strength. Here i want to share that, if we follow God and obey Him, and submit to Him as well, you wont stumble as the person who walk on his own strength and understanding. It's different experience you have if you have Jesus in your journey in life.

It is like, when you go to travel. You bring along the person who you love to be with. Throughout the journey, you spend time with the person, talk with person, walk with the person, have fun with the person, had hard time with the person, share everything with the person, it is more meaningful experience compare to you go travel alone, nobody to share happiness, sadness together. All you experiences, you feel it yourselves. 

Hope you are clear with the scenario i brought to explain. Hehe~ 

Thanks You Lord, for everything You've done and is doing in my life. Thanks for putting right people in my community to learn and guide me as well in my journey. Your hands is not short to help. And Your ears not mute to my prayers. Your eye is not blind to monitor me. To You Alone all Praise, Father of Heaven. You are Awesome. Love You, My Prince. AMEN.

Hi peeps, it's been long time. Yeah, i had been busy working. After tomorrow, i can say i finish my internship training. And i still continue working. Many things waiting me to work on it.

Oh, by the way, I just realized i had 40 post for my blog. So, i started to change my title for my every post with same pattern. Blog # . I came out with this idea when i saw one blog where every blog title of him is like this. And i think it is a good idea because sometime, i don't know what to put as a title for my blog.

Alright, back to what i said before. I'll be continuing working there to gain experiences and knowledge in other field. Although it is tired and sometime makes me feel boring when i do same things for long period before it finish. However, perseverance takes me to finish the task. Improving myself, my vocab, my knowledge, my skills etc. Thanks God for such a wonderful employer i have, he helped me a lot, guide me a lot, teach me a lot. He is not kind of other employer who scold their employee when they don't get what they want in task given, He has patience heart to do his job. Thanks God for putting him as my first working life employer.

Last Sunday was different Sunday. Why i said so? Because me and my other sister went to picnic and play guitar together and sing praise and worship song. It was random idea and never thought of can picnic at the park we went last Sunday. Kind of weird, but fresh for me and crazy idea again from Esther. It was wonderful Sunday, and fresh one. =)

Thursday Musing

People might forget what you say, might forget what you did. But people will never forget how you made them feel.

I agree with this quote. It is how you made them feel that imprint in their memory, because it is relate to their emotion and feeling. I took this quote from someone page, i feel want to share about it.

Confrontation is needed in order to settle things out. I agree. The process before that makes this quote meaningful.

Another question i'm asking and looking for answer.
Why there's tolerance, if determination applied?
Why confrontation, if there's tolerance (Close eye, shut mouth, dont take serious on little things..)?
When is the time for determination, when is the time for tolerance, when is the time to speak out what's in our heart?
Either on Black or White. When decided, the situation make us want to go grey areas.
Leadership easy? Servanthood easy?
Dealing with people is hard. If you try to change people, you can't. Only God can.
I'm figuring what's on my journey now.
Just like climbing on the rope without any safety support. Moulding is the painful process.

Just remember, God still loves you. He made the way you are, He accept the way you are. Bare with Him during the process.

Woman of Honor

When i check up my thumblr. Scroll down to this content. I read and feel want to share with people what is it to be Woman of Christ. Proverb 31:10 onwards are always be a model to Christian young ladies or ladies who are married. Everytime i read this passage, it reminds me and i start to search myself in any area of my life. It’s not easy though. I believe, with God Father grace and mercy, Love of Christ, people will change. I prayed that God transform my life, my heart to honor God.
here is the passage:

• She is dead to self-interest

A woman of honor must first die before she can live. Christ must become her all in all, even above her desires for romance, love, marriage, family, career, ministry, or accomplishments.

• She is confident in Christ

A woman of honor must be sure in her step because she knows her Commander. She knows that her King is faithful in all things, and He can be trusted implicitly. Instead of worrying, fretting, or manipulating, she prays and waits for the Lord, knowing He will provide all things needed for life and godliness. She does not need to labor to become self-confident  because all her confidence is found in Christ alone.

• She is valiant

Proverbs 31 portrays the mighty strength of a true woman of honor. “Who can find a virtuous woman?” (verse 10 KJV). The word virtuous here is actually a masculine noun that means “strength, might, valor, and power.” A woman of honor is a mighty, valiant, valorous woman full of strength and conquering power. She has superhuman strength, because her strength comes from God. She has unmatched valor. She valiantly stomps out whatever stands in the way of God’s purposes. Nothing hinders her. Her life is a living display of triumph, victory, and the glory of God.

• She is a rescuer of the weak

A woman of honor must be willing to fight on behalf of the weak and the oppressed, willing to give up security and comforts in order to fight her King’s battles. She reaches out her hands to the poor and stretches out her hands to the needy (Proverbs 31:20)

• She is an upholder of decorum

A woman of honor must not gossip, slander; backstab, criticize, or complain. Her speech must be gracious and respectful at all times. She must not take pleasure in worldly crudeness and humor or in cutting others down. She must always represent her King’s glory and nature in the words she speaks.

• She is harnessed of soul

A woman of honor is single minded in priority and undeterred by the charm of sexuality, the enticement of alcohol, or the allure of worldly wealth. She must be unavailable to the lusts of flesh, closed to the invitation of compromise, clear minded and strong of presence at all times. The temptations of the world mustn’t be looked at, listened to, or entertained even for the slightest moment. She must not take pleasure in evil, but rejoice in the truth.

• She is unable to violate her conscience

A woman of honor holds her conscience sacred. Her word is her bond, her unbreakable covenant. She does not lie. She does not manipulate. She does not control others. She is a woman of sterling integrity. Others can rely upon her implicitly. Both her earthly and heavenly husband have “full confidence” in her (Proverbs 31:11 NIV) She does not transgress her conscience for any price.

• She is marked by purity and viture

A woman of honor must demonstrate the regal disposition of heaven. She garners respect with the purity and uprightness of her life. And she must be willing to rebuke those, even of her closest fellowship, that veer from the narrow path of the cross. She must be quick to forgive and unwilling to retain a grudge.

• She is unafraid of death

A woman of honor is ready to let go of her earthly life for the sake of her King. She must not count her life dear unto herself but gladly spill it out for the sakeo f the One who gave her everything.

• She is a slave to none but Christ

A woman of honor is never beneath the thumb of a man’s tyranny. She is not a slave to the lusts of flesh, the approval of the world, or the pressure of pop culture. If she suffers bodily imprisonment for her belief in Christ, her soul cannot be touched or imprisoned.

• She is untouched by the world’s opinion

A woman of honor refuses praise and adulation, but rather deflects it heavenward. She does not claim the glory rightfully due her heavenly King. She does not heed
either praise of blame, but looks only to the opinion of the Almighty. A woman of honor finds her confidence in the smile of God and from no mere human countenance.

• She possesses great inner stability

A woman of honor must possess a stable core. She feels emotion at great levels, but she is not a slave to her feelings. A woman of honor is of sound mind and does not fall apart emotionally, even in the gravest and most severe of circumstances.

Need courageous

These week kind of busy week for me as i started to do some project with some colleague on solar system. There are some few things that bother me. And it's relate to my spiritual life, my social life, my ministry. Problem happen most are from people. People have many type. It's how we deal with this matter. Sometime we forgot that people are different.

One question to me is that how to deal with people who have crush on you and you don't like him or her. 

1. Say straight away to him/her

2. Stay away from him/her

3. Act like nothing happen/her

For me, mostly i'll took second one. saya pula kena sound by my leader. It's hard to take care of your singleness also, when you don want to start a courtship or not ready to have yet. And my problem also, dunno how to express my feeling in words toward something like this happen. How to say, how to start, how to speak out. why i got this problem also i dunno, maybe i don dare to confront people. Lord, help me in this matter. I just feel i need to rest and have my own time, be solitude from these all while, i need rest. 

I just started Max Lucado book, In The Eye Of The Storm. i just realized that i haven start one book that been given to me long ago by my leader. i just finish a book, and kinda stop for while in order to get me adapt to the transition of my life. i think i can start to read now. =) Hopefully, everything will go smoothly when the time come.

5/6/2011 Crazy Moments I had

Hey peeps, how ya'll? Actually today is Monday, i just wanna post what happened last sunday. That's why i post the title in date term. Well, how am I gonna start this?

Okay, it was Sunday, and i have no plan at all. Went out to Sunday Service with Esther and two other friends. Back from Church, went to Suria Sabah for lunch. After that, guess what we did, haha, nothing big incident la, just window shopped in the mall lor.... Went back home after 'cuci mata', had some nap. It was nice to sleep because it was raining. I set my alarm to 5pm, because promised Esther to went out to 'wet'(hang out). When the alarm sound, i woke up and it still raining. Guess what i did, i prayed that Esther give up on going out since it was raining. Because it seems nice to sleep at that moment (lazy get up =P). At the end, Esther msg stated that she fetch me in 15min. So, get up la, and it still raining. I thinking what am I going to do with Esther if we go on hang out. Planned to have evening walk at Teluk Likas, and we really went for it, because Esther really wanna accomplish this mission. So, i company her along the shore.

We took about 4 to 5km to and fro. In the light raining situation. Really crazy huh, walk along the shore in the raining evening. We took several photo for the journey we took. We reach Jesselton point port there, the one face to the Teluk Likas there. There were several car horned us, yalah, both of us who were young ladies walking there in the evening. There weren't lot people except those who fishing. 

there we were in raining (last two photos) after 2 hr of walking. ALright.. that is it. got to go.... other time again. Be blessed
